AZN is currently considered an essential service and we are able to continue to operate with additional precautions in place during these most recent restrictions.
During this most recent outbreak of Covid-19 and restrictions. AZN is taking additional steps to make sure everyone can stay healthy and safe when we are working within your home. It is very important that you inform us in advance if anyone in your household is unwell, or self-isolating because they are at risk of becoming unwell, with COVID-19. Unfortunately, due to the strict public health requirements we will be unable to attend if anyone is your household is unwell or in self-isolation. We will of course treat this information in strict confidence and will be happy to reschedule your booking to another time in line with our terms and conditions.
What AZN Removals is doing to keep you safe
To ensure the safety of our customers AZN Removals are continuing with the precautions we put in place back in June to manage & reduce the risk of exposure to COVID-19 when we are onsite in customers’ homes. These include increased hygiene measures, physical distancing to our customers where possible, further to our covid update in June. We are still not performing in-home assessments at this time, instead conducting our in-home assessments via FaceTime. Our teams will be wear masks on all moves, packing services & unpacking services. For OH&S reasons you may see our team sometimes lower their masks while carrying heavy items or manoeuvring items through tricky access points. This is to ensure our team can maintain clear communication between each other to ensure no damage to property or your items occurs. This is inline with the NSW Government guidelines, legislation.
What you can do to keep us safe
It is important to us to be able to continue to provide our regular service to you and your family at this time. For the safety and health of our staff and the whole community, we are asking all of our customers to practice good general hygiene, wear masks while our team are in your presences. If feeling unwell, to notify AZN Removals as early as possible to move your booking to another date & time slot if required. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice of move date & time slot will incur our minimum charge, in line with our terms & conditions.
